Hey Tara, I just wanted to say…. You are next level yoga! I went somewhere else for a session but it really can't match your way. What a difference in level. I mean, it was okay. Tara has a great way of listening. I came into the conversation with chaos in my head and left with a sense of ease – which was very welcome.
